Phases of production:
The primitive material, which are causing to the
production of the phosphate calcium DI (D.C.P) include calcium carbonate (caco3)
and phosphoric acid (H3po4). The calcium of utilized phosphate must have high purity
grade (more than %99). The bought phosphoric acid from petrochemical due to has
such heavy metal particles and undesirable elements (flour), must produce the filtration
thereon before using in the process that this act doing by filter press apparatus.
For production of phosphate calcium DI do 3 stages.
First stage:
Calcium carbonate and sulfuric acid are entering the mixer machine with a certain
quantum and isochronal and indeed in this stage are performed mixing the calcium
carbonate and sulfuric acid.
It is mentionable that there are 2 ways, which cause to mixing that are batch system
and continues.
In batch system, mixer system is closed and such a certain amount of calcium carbonate
and sulfuric acid entered the mixer and perform mixing above them such a little
time afterwards mixed product exit from the mixer while in continues method, calcium
carbonate and sulfuric acid entered the mixer on one hand continuously and while
the mixing performing drive to onwards front and exit from another side.

Second stage:
Because of the exited product from the mixer has such a high humidity, it is necessary
that enter into the drying tunnel until the product humidity reach in desirable
limit (lower than %3).
Third stage:
Due to phosphate calcium DI has wet absorbent at high quality temperature violently
thus phosphate calcium DI, which exited from the drying tunnel enter the refrigerating
tunnel speedily until the temperature of product to get down speedily, this act
occurs to product absorb the lower humidity. The phosphate calcium DI, which exits
from the refrigerating tunnel directly be enter the silo and from the silo directly
to taking up bag.
